We deployed a solution that attached metatags to files so administrators could scan network repositories and discover the location of sensitive information, and see how it was being handled.
A Global Venture Capital Company was experiencing restrained business operations because sensitive IR communications lacked protection beyond the organisation, leading to loss of visibility and control over files shared externally with LPs. With a DRM solution in place, the customer was able to maintain control over their data with dynamic data protection and access controls. The sensitive data was secured automatically with a full audit trail provided. This protection and frictionless experience complemented existing workflows.
A global insurance organisation ran a GDPR driven Data Discovery and Governance project. They wanted to gain visibility of their unstructured and stale data. One particular reason for this was to help them reduce the costs of unnecessary storage space, to then archive or delete the data correctly. The Data Discovery product deployed helped with the later challenge as well as remediating risks from group level access ensuring that only the employees needing to access certain data would have access to that group/data.
