An interface for an international Insurance Company was required to enable their customers to complete online forms and upload insurance documents that would share relevant information securely with third-party brokers on a strict policy.

We implemented a secure File Transfer solution for the main platform and built bespoke scripts for the customer to run automated background tasks.

A Global Bank needed needed security and a rigid access control policy for their highly sensitive documents. Existing VDI to support call centres was costly and caused customer support issues and they needed to provide on-demand secure document access for thousands of users in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A DRM solution eliminated the need for VDI, saving cost and optimising call centre agent productivity whilst protecting customer information. Secure and exclusive access to highly sensitive documents was initiated, with detailed audit logs, providing exceptional visibility and tracking of sensitive, unstructured data.

A Global Media Company needed to leverage Data Governance products to discover who was accessing data, where and when.

We deployed a solution that attached metatags to files so administrators could scan network repositories and discover the location of sensitive information, and see how it was being handled.
