We helped them to select an Identity solution that allowed application access provision and tied it to Active Directory within the organisation for an agile and flexible solution to provision access and remove access as and when needed.

HANDD deployed a Data Governance solution into a Global Media Brand. The solution scanned network fileshares for content. The Administration dashboard enabled our client to see who was accessing data the most (Data Ownership), who could access it (Access and Permission Management) and to be able to remediate and secure permissions.

Existing VDI to support call centres was costly and caused customer support issues and they needed to provide on-demand secure document access for thousands of users in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A DRM solution eliminated the need for VDI, saving cost and optimising call centre agent productivity whilst protecting customer information. Secure and exclusive access to highly sensitive documents was initiated, with detailed audit logs, providing exceptional visibility and tracking of sensitive, unstructured data.
