HANDD Business Solutions Premium Support package offers you complete peace of mind, the responsibility for the smooth running of your systems becomes our priority. This package offers 24 / 7 unlimited access to our dedicated support line, unlimited remote access support PLUS on-site support**  needed to get the system up and working correctly. Furthermore, a member of the Technical Support Team will perform a quarterly review of your supported solution to ensure continued smooth running.

The Premium Support package includes all of the following:

  • Unlimited telephone support
  • Unlimited remote access
  • Unlimited on-line support
  • On-site support**
  • Regular pro-active support
  • Quarterly maintenance review to ensure continued smooth running.
**total 2 days annually. Further hours can be purchased at pre-arranged rates.

Standard Support

HANDD Business Solutions Standard Support package is aimed at companies that wish to pay a fixed fee for all of their support, but who only require support during normal working hours
The Standard package includes unlimited access to our dedicated telephone support line as well as remote access during normal working hours, enabling us to connect to your system, diagnose and resolve a majority of problems during working hours.

The Standard Support package includes all of the following:

  • Unlimited telephone support*
  • Unlimited remote support*
  • Unlimited on-line support*
  • On-site support**
  • Regular pro-active support

Our main priority is to fix your problems in an efficient manner so that you can be back up and running as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on our level of customer service, with highly qualified and experienced staff that are able to talk to you in a non-technical language.

*During Working Hours: 08.00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Standard Support with credits

HANDD Business Solutions Standard Support package offers you a cost-effective solution to your IT support and maintenance issues. This package offers you guaranteed response times and peace of mind that you have help at hand if you need it. Based on the Standard Support package, this includes unlimited access to our dedicated telephone support line and   remote access during normal working hours, enabling us to connect to your system, diagnose and resolve a majority of problems during working hours. If on-site support is required we will schedule a visit by one of our experienced engineers and this will be charged on a case by case basis, or you can pre-purchase credits at pre-arranged rates.

Our aim is to offer superior levels of customer service, so not only will we solve your problems when you call, but we will proactively monitor your systems to check for potential problem areas.
