Standard Support

If you are looking for a fixed-fee support service during working hours**, choose HANDD Standard Support.

You will receive the telephone, remote access and online help that you need, in the times when you are most likely to need it.

HANDD Standard Support includes:

  • Unlimited working hours telephone support**
  • Unlimited working hours remote access **
  • Unlimited working hours online support**
  • On-site Support*
  • Proactive monitoring

*On-site support for a total of 2 days annually. Further hours can be purchased at pre-arranged rates.

**During working hours: 08.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Standard Support with Credits

Between Standard and Premium Support, HANDD Standard Support with Credits gives you access to on-going assistance during working hours, as well as flexible pre-purchased credits that you can use for out-of-hours or on-site help.

HANDD Standard Support with Credits gives you the working hours assistance that you need, with the added peace of mind of always-available advice.
