EFT Enterprise Web-Based Activity Monitor
A Convenient Workflow Management and Monitoring Tool
From Globalscape, EFT Server is a robust and reliable way to securely transfer files around your enterprise and to external partners. For larger organisations using EFT Server Enterprise, though, monitoring workflow activity means distributing a Windows executable and opening TCP/IP channels for remote administration.
With the EFT Enterprise Web-Based Activity Monitor (WBAM), you can flexibly monitor workflow activity from any web browser.
EFT Enterprise WBAM – Browser-Based Workflow Monitoring
Using standard HTTPS communication and HTML web pages, the HANDD EFT Enterprise WBAM is accessible wherever you are. You can monitor workflows using your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device, without compromising the level of detailed control you have over Event Rule-based workflows.
No more booting up the laptop to respond to 3am alarms. The HANDD EFT Enterprise WBAM is a powerful interface that can be accessed from anywhere.

Key Features and Benefits
No need to distribute, install and configure EFT Administrator on multiple devices – the WBAM offers administrator and operator access to Event Rule-based workflows from any web browser.
A simple to install web application, the HANDD EFT Enterprise WBAM is deployed to IIS/ASP.NET, integrating with your existing Active Directory of Windows User Account authentication.
Globalscape EFT Server Administrator gives all-or-none access to Event Rules. But how about giving operators read-only access without the ability to edit rules? The HANDD EFT Enterprise WBAM allows you to assign EFT Enterprise Sites to operators, giving them the access they need without the access that they don’t.
The HANDD EFT Enterprise WBAM offers an overview of configuration information for Event Rules and their actions, and even includes an exportable list of per-site Event Rules and their upload/download destinations.
EFT Administrator can be configured with general reports, but the EFT Enterprise WBAM is a more flexible solution that can be used to access just the right amount of information. Use the WBAM to see task-oriented information on Event Rule activity, with paged, sortable tables to offer an overview of Event Rules, and detailed information that can be accessed with just a few clicks.
Globalscape EFT Administrator requires a direct connection to your auditing database to generate reports. It’s remote reporting, but only if you have direct access. The HANDD EFT Enterprise WBAM allows you to work with audit information, even if you do not have access to the SQL Server database.
