HANDD managed file transfer training programs are designed to transfer crucial knowledge to your business so that you can start using your MFT solution quickly and maximise your investment.

We offer training for every level of user within your organisation, from end users to business managers, system administration and technical support staff.

Training is available by region at one of our offices or training facilities, On-Premise at your business, and Online.

Flexibility of Training Delivery

We recognise that you are busy and you wish to get the most out of the time available.

With this in mind we offer training in a number of different forms:

Formal Classroom Training

These are typically 1 or 2 day courses following a structured approach attended by up to 8 people.

On-site at your business

These are bespoke courses designed to transfer knowledge specific to your organisation and how
it uses MFT and Data Automation

Flexible Training

These are based on HANDD Credits, whereby 80% of the time you are fine on your own but over a
period of a year you need access to on the job training often at very short notice. This service is offered online
