This is a Hybrid model that offers the flexibility to meet your needs as they change and ensure you have the ability to gain support when you want it.
This model is based on HANDD credits.
You purchase a number of Service Credits up front that are valid for a year (min block of 10). You will then be able to undertake a number of activities ad-hoc (training, consultancy for example) or gain support against these service credits.
